Why Muslims Teaches To Cover Their Body "Burqa"

Bismillahir Rehmanir Raheem
Assalam Alaikum Wa Rehmath Ullahi Wa Barkatahu....

A Mufti Sat Next To a Reverend On A Flight.
The Rev Asked The Mufti:
 What is Your Occupation ????

Mufti:  I'm into Big Business
Rev:  But What Business  Exactly ????

Mufti:  I Deal  With  God

Rev:  So You're A Muslim Religious Leader.. I Have One Problem With You Muslims:
 You Oppress  Your  Women.

Mufti:  How Do  We  Oppress  Women ???
Rev:  You Make Your Women  Cover Up Completely  And  You  Keep  Them in  The  Homes.

Mufti: I Have A  Problem  With  You  People:  You  Oppress MONEY.
Rev:  What ????  How  Can  One  Oppress  Money ?????

Mufti: You Keep Your Money Hidden Away,
in  Wallets,  Banks  And  Safes.
You Keep It  Covered Up.
Why  Don't  You  Display  It  In  Public  If  It's  A  Beautiful  Thing
Rev:  It  Will  Get  Stolen, Obviously.

Mufti:  You  Keep  Your  Money  Hidden  Because  It  Is  So  Valuable.
We  Value  The  True  Worth  Of Women Far,  Far More.
Therefore,  These  Precious Jewels  Are  Not  On  Display  To  One  And  All.
They  Are  Kept  In  Honour  And  Dignity.

10 Most Improtant Things That Will Get You Hired for Jobs

Do you want to extend your time looking for a job?Yess  Of course not. Candidates are always on the look out for the most efficient, effective way to find new work. The following tips for you -- when heeded during the job search and interview processes -- you  can make job hunting go by faster:

1. Customize your résumé and cover letter .
It might seem faster to blast off generic materials to dozens of employers, but this will cost you time in the long run. Tailor your résumé and cover letter to each open position to clearly demonstrate how your experience fills the employers' requirements. For example, if you're applying for a public relations role, give your PR experience a prime spot on your résumé.

2. Diversify your search.

If you've been responding to newspaper ads with no response, also post your résumé online, search some job Web sites, talk to your friends and attend an industry trade show. The more ways you search, the more likely you are to connect with the right employers.

3. Don't go solo.
Your friends, family and former co-workers each have a network of their own -- and a friend-of-a-friend might hold the perfect lead. Don't be shy: Reach out to your network and let your contacts know you're on the job market.

4. Find a company where you fit in.

Browse potential employers' Web sites and ask your friends about what it's like to work at their companies. Employers are looking for candidates who would be a good fit and thrive within the company culture.

5. Don't get discouraged.
Experts estimate the average job search to last anywhere between three and 10 months -- and that means a lot of rejection. Keep at it: Your dream job is out there.

6. Always be prepared.
You can never be too prepared for your first meeting with a potential employer. Before your interview, always browse the company's Web site. Find out as much as you can about the company's products, leadership, mission and culture, and prepare answers to common interview questions.

7. Be on time.
Whether it's an informational interview, an open house or a formal interview, always arrive about 10 minutes early. Allow plenty of time for traffic and poor weather.

8. Dress and act the part.

In a business setting, always dress in professional clothing in the best quality you can afford. Take the industry and employer into consideration, but a business suit is almost always appropriate for interviews.

9. Listen more than you talk.
Even if you're nervous at an interview, try not to ramble. By keeping your mouth shut, you can learn valuable information about the company and avoid saying something that you'll wish you hadn't.

10. Ask good questions.
At the end of an interview, the employer will inevitably ask if you have any questions. Have a list of questions prepared that showcase your company research and interest in the position.

15 stupid questions you’ll be asked at a job interview

Yesterday, I went for an interview at a software company, as I had applied for the position of a full-time writer.
I was quite happy. I was supposed to reach the place at 3pm and I arrived at 2.45pm.
The interview started and went on for about twenty minutes. This was not my first interview. I have been interviewed at several places.
As the panel continues to ask me moronic question after moronic question, an idea for a blog post began to form in my mind.  I tried to make a list of the fifteen most stupid questions that interviewers ask you. The list could go up to thirty questions, but ET might not take such a lengthy blog, so I am sticking to fifteen.
I am sure I can expect many emails and angry responses from HR recruitment peopleafter this post.
Q1: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Do you know where your company will be in five years? Sorry, I didn’t know that you were looking to hire an astrologer.
Q2.  Describe yourself in three words.
Why do you want a three-word description? If I say I am bold, smart and beautiful, will you be happy with that? Which three words do you want to hear–hard working, motivated and intelligent? You’ve gone through my resume, but still insist on asking me to describe myself. Just read the document carefully and you might find your answer there.
Q3. Are you ready to work overtime?
If you advertised your timings to be 9-5, don’t suddenly change your mind. If I say yes, it wouldn’t make any sense, and if I say no, I will be considered lazy. Are you ready to pay me for overtime?
Q4. What is your biggest weakness/worst quality?
Oh my God! Shall I really tell you my biggest weakness? Ice cream is my biggest weakness. Mobilink asked my brother the same question, after assuring him they wouldn’t share the information with anybody else. Are you guys making a database of candidates’ weaknesses? What if something I consider a strength looks like a weakness to someone else? If I say I’m a workaholic, it’s strength to me, but a weakness to others. Do people really discuss their weaknesses in public?
Q5. Can you manage to work in teams and groups?
My resume states very clearly that my skills include leadership ability, conflict resolution and team management skills. Didn’t you read it? Secondly, what if I am asked to work with a group of lazy dudes who don’t even bother to work much? It depends on the team. Anyway, were politicians ever asked about their leadership skills?
Q6. What are your salary expectations?
I applied for this job after reading about the salary you advertised. Are you trying to avoid paying that amount by asking me that? Anyway, my salary expectation is Rs200,000. Thank you so much for caring about me.
Q7. Do you mind if I call your previous employers?
Either I voluntarily left my job, or I got fired. Neither situation could have made my employers happy. Which ex-boss is going to speak highly of me?
Q8. What did you do in your last job?
I was hired as a plumber by the previous company after I finished my MBA.
Q9. Why shall we hire you?
So that I can steal your office equipment and break the office furniture.
Q10. Are you married, divorced, separated, or single?
This question annoys most female candidates. I’ve heard friends complaining about it too. Why are you interested in knowing my marital status? I am not a contestant for Miss World, for which I’d need to be single.
Q11. Who are you living with these days?
In Pakistan, where girls live with their families, this question doesn’t make any sense. I am living with my pets.
Q12. What do your co-workers say about you?
Some people suggested that I should dye my hair. Others said that I should use a glossy lipstick with thick eye liner.
Q13. What are your expectations from this job?
That I shouldn’t have to come to work on time. I also expect diet drinks and low calorie food for lunch. Also, I want an AC in my own room.
Q14. Why do you want to work for us?
I want it because I have to buy new clothes and cell phone.
Q15. Why are you leaving your current job?
Because I love giving job interviews.

’ An invention to Record humain Dreams

One Man Band

One Man Band
A one-man band is a musician who plays a number of musical instruments simultaneously using their hands, feet, limbs, and various mechanical contraptions. The simplest type of “one-man band” — a singer accompanying themselves on acoustic guitar and harmonica mounted in a metal “harp rack” below the mouth— is often used by buskers .

A new chemical element discovered in Pakistan

Pakistani researchers have discovered the heaviest element yet known to science.

The new element, so far only discovered and found in Pakistan , has been named Zardarium  (Symbol = Zm). It has one Presitron, 1 Priministron, 77 Ministrons, 98 deputy Ministrons, 298 National Assemblions, and 100 Senatrons, giving it an atomic mass of 575.

These 575 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called pillocks. Since Zardarium  has no electrons, it is inert, impotent and ineffective. However, it can be detected because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact.

A tiny amount of Zardarium  can cause a reaction, that would normally take less than a second, to take from 4 days to 4 years to complete, depending upon the kick-back percentage that Zardarium can get.

Awam Ki Awaz Pakistan boycott electricity bill Nov 2010 Revolution In Pakistan Starts Now

Time has come and lets change our system.Pakistan is in crises from Long time. The 8 years time of Musharraf was bad but it was a little better than the current PPP’s government which got powers with sympathy votes from Pakistanis on Benazir’s assassination. A lot of think tanks consider Pakistani people are badly in deep sleep state and they are not becoming part of any revolution. But this time a very clear-cut message is coming from a Pakistani singer Shahzaman on YouTube and it seems a lot of Pakistani people will follow him in his suggested peaceful protest. The protest is to boycott Electricity Bill in November 2010 and not to pay it. The purpose of this protest is to Demand for basic rights for Pakistani people that Government is unable to provide in years.

Shahzaman is discussing big problems of Pakistan in summary and very sincere way. The problems like rising prices, unemployment, lack of basics necessities of Life like shortage of electricity, grocery, vegetable, flour etc. It is a true that as a country Pakistani has not enough resources that are required to run all state affairs in a smooth way but even with a few resources Pakistani government doesn’t look sincere much to solve basic problems in more than two and half years. Many politicians are involved in corruption but no check and balance. They are having fake educational certificates, they are involved in crimes like saving their lands on floods and destroying villages and cities. They are benefiting their families and friends and skipping interests of Pakistan. I must say this speech from Shahzaman is voice of every Pakistani who think for the betterment of Pakistan. At one moment during his speech it seemed to me he is Imran Khan who always has a sincere vision for Pakistan. Please have a look at this video.
